Removing People and Companies from Customer Profiles

If you have created a customer profile that has leads that you don't want to reach out to receive a specific sequence there is a simple way to remove companies or people from the customer profile (these are companies or people that would not be in the exclusion list). 

Then within each of the customer profiles, you have an option to do so. 

You first need to be in the customer profile

 

Exclude people

In the People tab, you'll see all the leads within your customer profile. 

You can quickly exclude them, by clicking the x on the right-hand side

- Exclude companies

Click the Companies tab on the left-hand side of the screen and you'll see all the companies that are present within your customer profile. 

You can quickly exclude them, by clicking the x on the right-hand side

Clicking the x next to the company removes all the leads associated to that company from the customer profile.
