Amplemarket allows you to upload a CSV file with a list of email addresses into a new customer profile (Check how to upload a customer profile in this article). When the user is uploading the CSV file it’s possible to choose the option to perform email validation.
In this case, Amplemarket creates 2 different tabs within the customer profile:
- Leads with email
- Leads without email
The tab that contains the leads with email will be the one used to create your sequences. These emails were all processed by Amplemarket when uploading the customer profile and classified as validated.
On the other hand, the tab that contains the leads without email will be automatically ignored by Amplemarket, so that your campaigns don’t return unnecessary bounced emails.
You can still access and view these contacts if you click on the tab “leads without email”. Note that you will not be able to start a sequence from this list of leads.
This tab includes contacts with emails that Amplemarket classified as non-valid and contacts that were inserted without an email address.
