When a prospect in an ongoing sequence books a meeting, Amplemarket will detect the meeting in your calendar, and label their contact info accordingly. There are a few criteria that can help you know when the ‘Meeting Booked’ label will appear on your contact.
In general, to see who has booked a meeting with you, go to your Contacts page. Then use the filter ‘Label’ and select ‘Meeting Booked.’
A contact will appear with the label ‘Meeting Booked’ if the prospect schedules a meeting while they are part of an ongoing campaign, and books the meeting with the same email address that is associated with their customer profile. Once they've chosen a time to meet, Amplemarket will detect the meeting in your calendar and add the label.
If the prospect ends up booking a meeting with you using an email address not originally associated with them, the Amplemarket system will not assign that contact the ‘Meeting Booked’ label. Currently, there is not a way to manually change this label for these instances.
If you have any follow up questions regarding the ‘Meetings Booked’ or other labels, reach out to us at support@amplemarket.com.
