Amplemarket gives you the ability to add organizational tags to two of your lead lists and outbound content. As an individual user, tags provide simple ways to categorize different approaches, ideas, and lists. As a member of a team, tags minimize time spent leafing through shared documents and allow for easier collaboration. You’ll find them within two main categories of Amplemarket:
- Customer Profiles
- Sequence Templates
Customer Profiles
Create and edit tags: You can create and add tags when you create a new customer profile.
- Searcher Profiles
- Uploaded Profiles
You can also add or edit tags after the customer profiles have been created. This gives you time to come up with a tagging structure and coordinate with your team. You can do this by:
- Editing the customer profile
- Editing in bulk, selecting a group of customer profiles
Note: You can only edit the tags of the Customer Profiles you own.
Filter by tags
Once your customer profiles are organized, you can filter them by tags. Profiles can have multiple tags, so they might filter into several categories.
Click on the Tags dropdown menu and select the name of the tag you want to filter by.
Sequence Templates
Create and edit tags: Just like when creating your Customer Profiles, you can create and add tags when you create a new sequence template. Type directly into the box and you’ll be prompted to add to an existing tag or create a new one.
You can also add or edit tags after the templates have been created. This gives you time to come up with a tagging structure and coordinate with your team. You can do this by:
- Editing the template
- Editing in bulk, selecting a group of templates
Note: You can only edit the tags on templates that you own.
Filter by tags
Once your templates are organized, it's time to filter them by tags.
Click on the Tags dropdown menu and select the name of the tag you want to filter by.
Now you can easily find your templates, no matter how many you have or how big your organization is.
